Essentially, this piece was developed from some overlaid harmonies I discovered in my head, upon return from my Winter 1999 trip to London, as a spin off of Tha Groove… the bedbugs lyric emanating directly from a very poor hotel experience in which I woke up at 3 AM to find them coming out of my pillow!
